How can I pay?

Several means of payment are at your disposal. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. You also have the possibility to pay through your PayPal account or by bank transfer with the details indicated at the checkout.

How can I use promo code?

If you have a promotional code you can enter it in the field indicated at the checkout. Be careful, the codes are not cumulative.

What are the shipping options ?

We ship all the orders via UPS. For the shipping within European Union you can choose between the standard mode for a delivery between 5 to 10 business days or the Express option delivered in 24-48h.
For all the shipping outside European Union, only the Express mode is available for a delivery between 24-48h.
Your parcels are insured throughout the transport for the amount of your purchase in case of damage, loss or theft. Each shipment is delivered by hand and requires the signature of the recipient at the reception.

How much are the shipping costs?

For the EU shipments the Standard delivery costs 19€ and the Express 49€.
For outside EU shipments, Express delivery is 49€.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped by our logistics department, we will provide you with your tracking number so that you can track your shipment. To do so, you just need to go to ups.com

Are my products guaranteed ?

We guarantee all our products listed and sold on BrandCo Paris for 6 months after the purchase date.
What the warranty includes : repairing the product when a damage linked to natural ageing occurs (handles or leather details broken, zip closures or canvas unstiched…)
What the warranty does not include : the stains (pen ink, makeup, clothes transfer…) that occurred after the delivery, burns, bites or every other damages due to an inappropriate use of the product.
If you notice after receiving your product, any damages or signs of wear menacing to impact your product usage, you must notify us within the 14 days delay. (See returns conditions)

I want to return my product :

At BranCo Paris, your satisfaction is what matters us the most.
If the item you have ordered does not match your expectations, you have a 14 days delay to return it starting the day of reception.
The items must not have been used and remain in the same condition (including the Brand Connection tags and all the accessories).
You will be in charge of the shipping fees and the parcel is under your responsibility until we receive it to our warehouses. This is why we do recommend you to ship it back with a tracking number.
Brand Connection is not responsible for any damages or lost packages during the return.

What are the accessories included with my product ?

Your product will be delivered with a dust bag and an authenticity certificate established by us.
